How to Apply


Step 1: Choose the right course according to your interest by going through our website or Prospectus. Prospectus can be downloaded by filling up Online Enquiry Form or by sending an email to info@imciindia.org mentioning the course of your interest.

Step 2: Admissions are open now for Online and Offline Modes. The last date for submitting the admission form for the current batch is 18th March 2024.

Step 3: Download- Application Form

Step 4: Make easy payments through Online or Offline mode.

Online Payment- You can also pay fee online as per the details given on "Programme fee details" link below. In case of online fee payment, you can submit your application form along with your documents copies to info@imciindia.org.

Offline payment- Fill up the registration form, paste photograph on the form, enclose photocopies of all the your educational certificates from 10+2 to Graduation / Post Graduation and a Demand Draft / Cheque for the applicable fee (payable at New Delhi) in favour of "Institute of Marketing Communications India".

Step 5: You need to mention payment reference number on the specified column in the application form and send the completed application form online to info@imciindia.org or by registered Indian post or a good courier agency like Blue Dart, First Flight etc to The Director, Institute of Marketing and Communications India (IMCI), Satsang Vihar Marg, A-14/B, A Block, Qutab Institutional Area, Near Old JNU Campus New Delhi - 110067, India. (Mobile: +91 9650304949).

Note: Overseas participants need to pay the fee through the wire transfer facility. They need to write to us separately for the wire transfer details.

Step 6: Wait for Acknowledgement by next working day & Registration Confirmation Letter within 7 days by an email from our side.

Eligibility & Other Important information:

Graduation in any discipline and Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification exam or awaiting their results, are also eligible to apply. Online mode, study materials for all the modules, assignments, test papers, case studies, eLectures on key areas will be provided by the Institute from time to time. At the end of the duration, an online proctored exam is conducted & you can appear for this exam from any place. For the regular mode, 4 days a week classes are conducted. The course coverage is the same for PG Diploma & Executive Diploma. But, the Executive Diploma & is the fast track programmes with more and rigorous case studies. The duration for PG Diploma is 12 months and the same course can be completed in 6 months under Executive Diploma programme.
