Ruder Finn has recently acquired Flightpath, a New York-based digital marketing agency, effective this month. This move expands Ruder Finn's digital integration group and AI-powered RF Studio53, launched last summer. Flightpath's founder and CEO, Jon Fox, will now report to Ruder Finn's global CEO, Kathy Bloomgarden. The acquisition brings in a team of 25 digital marketing experts without any layoffs.
Initially, Flightpath's team will operate from their Manhattan office until the year-end when they'll relocate to Ruder Finn's New York location. Specializing in healthcare, petcare, consumer goods, business services, and nonprofits, Flightpath offers services like website design, online advertising, social media, content marketing, search engine marketing, CRM, targeted mail, and online video.
This acquisition positions Flightpath, established in 1994, to provide an expanded array of services to existing clients and foster global growth. Clients like Goya Foods and AkzoNobel do not conflict with Ruder Finn's existing portfolio. Financial details of the deal remain undisclosed. Ruder Finn, with offices globally, reported a 43% revenue increase to $160 million and a 34% revenue improvement to $80 million in the U.S. in 2022.
