As a founding member of Pepperfry, he played a crucial role in developing its logistics and warehousing infrastructure and expanding its experience stores.
Prior to his return, Alok served as COO at Isho.com in Bangladesh, enhancing customer experiences and leading the brand’s entry into India. He has also held significant roles at Wydr.in, Carnation Auto India, and Guthy-Renker LLC.
Known for his ability to spot opportunities and implement people-driven, tech-enabled processes, Alok is expected to elevate Pepperfry’s supply chain operations and reinforce its commitment to delivering exceptional furniture and home goods across India.
