Croma Celebrates the Moments That Turn a House In to a Home

Croma has unveiled its new campaign, ‘Ghar Banta Hai Croma Se’, highlighting the brand’s long-standing relationship with Indian households and the everyday experiences that transform a physical space into a home. The campaign focuses on family bonds, conversations, celebrations and memories, while showcasing the growing role of technology in modern domestic life.

As Indian homes continue to evolve, consumer electronics and appliances have moved beyond being symbols of aspiration to becoming essential parts of everyday living. From improving convenience to supporting changing lifestyles, technology now plays an important role in how families experience their homes. Through the campaign, Croma positions itself as more than a retailer, presenting the brand as a trusted guide that helps consumers make informed technology choices.

The campaign reflects Croma’s two-decade journey of being part of millions of Indian households. According to Amit Agarwal, Chief Marketing Officer, Croma, the brand has witnessed how technology has become closely integrated with family life. He emphasised Croma’s commitment to simplifying electronics ownership and helping consumers select products that genuinely enhance their lifestyles.

As part of the initiative, Croma is offering special deals and curated packages aimed at helping customers create homes that suit their individual needs. The campaign is supported by three digital films centred on a young couple, portraying how seemingly ordinary appliance decisions can become part of significant milestones and cherished memories.

The brand is also taking the campaign beyond screens. Selected Croma outlets will feature large-scale installations inspired by washing machines, turning stores into attention-grabbing landmarks while encouraging customer visits and increasing campaign visibility.

With a strong presence across digital platforms, OTT services and social media, along with on-ground activations, the campaign represents one of Croma’s most substantial investments in video-led storytelling. By combining relatable narratives with retail experiences, ‘Ghar Banta Hai Croma Se’ seeks to build a stronger emotional connection with consumers while reinforcing Croma’s role in helping families create comfortable, connected and meaningful homes.
