Vahan.ai Launches VPL 2026 to Boost Blue-Collar Recruitment at Scale

Vahan.ai has launched the second edition of its Vahan Placement League (VPL) 2026, aimed at boosting hiring across India’s gig and blue-collar workforce. Running from March 23 to May 31 alongside the Indian Premier League, the campaign brings together over 1,000 Vahan Leaders—on-ground recruitment partners—competing in a cohort-based format.

This year introduces a two-phase structure, enabling participants to improve performance and maximise placements across roles like delivery, driving, and manufacturing. Working with 20+ employers, VPL leverages AI tools to strengthen local hiring ecosystems and create micro-entrepreneurship opportunities.

Supported by digital outreach and on-ground activations, the campaign also features incentive-led “Booster Days.” With rewards exceeding ₹1 crore, VPL 2026 aims to drive participation and unlock better income opportunities nationwide.
