Publicis Groupe Acquires Captiv8 to Strengthen Global Influencer Marketing

Publicis Groupe has acquired Captiv8, a leading AI-driven influencer marketing platform, to enhance its position in the global creator economy. Captiv8’s network includes over 15 million creators, covering 95% of influencers with 5,000+ followers and operates in 120 countries. The platform processes 2.5 billion social posts annually, enabling brands to manage and measure influencer campaigns at scale.

This acquisition combines Captiv8’s AI technology with Publicis’ influencer capabilities, including Influential and Epsilon’s activation tools, creating the world’s largest creator network. Brands will benefit from unified campaign control, enhanced monetization through social commerce, and transparent real-time measurement of influencer impact.

Captiv8 will be integrated within Publicis Connected Media, reinforcing Publicis Groupe’s leadership in influencer marketing and the creator economy.
