Recognizing diverse needs, HP provides 12-hour, 7-day phone support and 24-hour, 7-day WhatsApp support in English, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, Telugu, Odia, Marathi, and Kannada. Customers can also log installation and repair cases via the HP website.

The campaign features a multi-film series showcasing business owners who rely on HP Smart Tank printers.
