Marketing Director at Plintron
Role Description
We are seeking a Vibrant, result-driven Marketing Professional for the Plintron Group, who will be contributing to our Digital presence in the global market, with an accomplished track record in executing B2B marketing strategies, demand generation, and marketing operations. An ideal candidate whom we look forward will involve oneself in the following activities:
Digital Marketing:
- Creating a road map for Digital Marketing and SEO, bring best practices and execution strategies on a global basis to Plintron
- Own and manage www.plintron.com and other websites of group companies across the globe
- Manage Social Media handles. Formulate effective paid search strategies, optimize PPC Campaigns for best ROI.
- Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
- Share insights from various tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Webtrends, Hubspot
- Manage to ensure consistency of content in the corporate website and all Digital Marketing Channels
Content Development / Distributions/ Branding/ Campaigns:
- Ideate and produce all marketing content (e.g. case studies, sales enablement materials, product videos, web copies, competitive differentiation, white papers) communicating the unique capabilities of our platform in customer language
- Work with Media and Marketing Agencies and plan the content distribution strategy to grab the attention of the target audience and get better results through marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute Webinars, Social Media Campaigns and Email Drip Campaigns
- Develop influencer requirements and pitch
- Regularly Publish Monthly newsletter about company and market development regional Marketing:
- Plan and execute corporate promotional activities for Plintron’s products and services across the globe.
- Manage Lead Tracker and Identify potential opportunities and customers in different geographies
- Attending and Representing Plintron in global industry events. Select & negotiate key webinars/events/ awards. Submit nominations for various awards. Manage Logistics for various events (Speaker Slots, Booth Management, Brochures, Banners, Collaterals )
Business Planning and Competitive Intelligence:
- Research about new markets, adjacent sectors, and competitors. Provide regular market & competitive intelligence.
- Regularly benchmark of Plintron’s Products & technology vis a vis competitors
- Work with the Product and Business team to create Company and Market Roadmap.
Budgeting:
- Managing the overall budget for marketing expenditure
- Must perform a periodical review of marketing ROI
Required Background
- 15+ years of experience as a B2B marketing professional in tech companies
- Prior experience in Telecom, Cloud Technologies /PaaS/ SaaS will be preferred
- An MBA from Premier B-Schools – IIM/ISB/XLRI/IIT/S.P.Jain/MDI/IMT
- An outstanding communicator, presenter, and proven public speaker to prospects/customers and internal executives at conferences, trade shows, webinars, and company meetings.
- Proven experience of working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Successful track record managing people
